Information from Third-Party Calendar Services

When you connect third-party calendar services, we access:

  • Calendar event titles, descriptions, dates, times, and locations
  • Attendee information associated with events
  • Calendar metadata necessary for synchronization

We only access calendar data necessary to provide the Service and do not access unrelated data from your connected accounts.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we automatically collect:

  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type, and unique device identifiers
  • Usage Data: Features used, actions taken, and time spent in the app
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, pages viewed, and referring URLs

With Your Consent

When you create shared calendar links, the events you select become viewable to anyone who has the link. You control which events are shared.

Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the Service, including:

  • Cloud hosting providers (data storage and servers)
  • Payment processors (subscription billing)
  • Analytics providers (usage analysis)
  • Email service providers (transactional communications)

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

While we implement robust security measures, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion:

  • Account data is deleted within 30 days
  • Calendar data and tags are deleted immediately upon account deletion
  • Shared links are deactivated immediately
  • Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days for disaster recovery purposes
  • Certain data may be retained longer if required by law

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:

Correction

You can update your account information and calendar data directly within the Service.

Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through your account settings. This will permanently delete your data as described in Section 5.

Revoke Calendar Access

You can disconnect third-party calendar services at any time. This will stop synchronization, but previously synced data will remain unless you delete it.

Marketing Communications

You can opt out of promotional emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email or adjusting your notification preferences.

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Essential Cookies: Required for the Service to function (authentication, security)
